This project includes clearing of the existing land for an asphalt drive and parking area, which is boat trailer accessable.

Special caution was taken to save 100+ year old oak trees. These old oaks help to make up the character of the park. To save these trees, alteration were made to the existing plans. These alterations allowed for shifting of the asphalt drive so there was no disturbance to the roots.

This project also includes Construct Co Inc.'s 'Eco Boat Ramp System' which involves a concrete v-grooved ramp with anti-scouring rip rap. Installation of new aluminum fixed docks, an aluminum seawall system and drainage plan.
